- Card sponsor must have a Citizens Bank checking account including a Citizens Bank Visa Check Card
- Enroll as many as 5 cardholders
- Load up to $2,000 on the card at any time (a minimum of $20 is recommended)
- A RED-e-SPEND card is mailed to each cardholder within 3-7 business days
- Each time the card is used, the amount is subtracted from the total on the card
