What are eBills?
eBills are a feature of online banking with bill pay which allows you to receive bills through our website from select payees. The eBill is an exact electronic reproduction of your paper bill.

What are the benefits of eBills?

• Access your account information faster than waiting to receive a paper copy in the mail
• Save storage and time by not having to find space for filing paper copies
• View all your bills online in one place
• Save bills online , and choose when (and if) you want to print them
• Access your bills anytime you want, and from anywhere with Internet access
• It is a no-cost service that makes your banking easier, faster and simpler

How do I begin receiving eBills?

 Adding E-bills

• From the Make Payments menu, click My Payees.
• Under the column eBilll status you will see a blue link “Set up eBill”  corresponding to the payee (biller) for which you want to receive an eBill. Please note that not all payees offer eBills.
• Register with your biller’s website.
• Provide us with your user ID and password.
• We will go to your biller’s website and retrieve your bill for you each month.

Why should I give you all of my user ID’s and passwords?

Supplying us with the login information for each of your biller’s websites serves to consolidate all of your electronic bills in one place. It enables us to retrieve electronic versions of your bills and present them to you in a single, secure location. You get the benefit of electronic delivery without the hassles of having to remember to go to each biller’s website and keep track of all the various user ID’s and passwords every time you need to view or pay a bill.

Is the login information for my biller’s websites kept private/secure?

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of all your personal information.  Your login information is kept confidential, and is used only to retrieve an electronic version of your bill from the biller’s website so that we can present it to you online

Are payments to payees for bills retrieved from the biller’s website made electronically?

Depending on the particular payee’s capabilities, payments are issued either electronically or via paper check.
