Are there fees for online statements?
No. It is a completely free feature.

Are online statements available sooner than paper statements?
Yes. You can view online statements approximately two to three days sooner than paper statements.

How do I begin receiving online statements?
If you already have an online banking with bill pay account, - Sign on to your existing account
- Click on “ Customer Service”
- Click on “Change statement delivery method”
- Follow the instructions listed on the screen
If you do not have an online banking with bill pay account yet, - Go to Sign up for online banking
- Follow the on-screen instructions for enrollment
- Once you successfully enroll, you will be given the option to “opt-in to online statements”
- Follow the instructions listed on the screen

What types of statements are available online?
- Personal checking accounts
- Savings accounts
- Money Market accounts
- Combined statements

Can I receive online statements for more than just one account?
Yes. Once you have added online statements, you can access all of your deposit account statements online. And, when your primary account is activated, you can even receive combined online statements.

How soon will I be able to view online statements after adding them?
For clients who have had an Online Banking with Bill Pay account for more that 30 days, you can view your account statements immediately after adding online statements.
For clients who have enrolled in Online Banking with Bill Pay less than 30 days before adding online statements, your account statements will be available in the next cycle.

How will I know when my online statement is available and ready to be viewed?
You will receive an alert sent to the email address you have provided, notifying you that it is available.

Can I choose to go back to paper statements and discontinue online statements?
Yes. To return to paper statements and stop receiving online statements, click on the “Customer Service” tab and then the “Change statement delivery method” link. From the drop down box select
“Paper”. Click “Submit” to accept your changes. This will change the delivery method of your online statements, and you will begin receiving paper statements in the next cycle.

Is my Account Activity different from my online statements?
Yes. Your online statements are identical to your previous paper statements. Your Account Activity can be used for viewing up-to-date balance information and daily transactions.
